We offer digital content services, including writing, editing, and website copy. All deliverables are
provided remotely and are custom to your request.
2. Payments
Payments are due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed
via secure third-party providers.
3. Revisions
Each project includes one (1) round of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional changes may
incur extra fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Once payment is received, the Client receives full rights to the final deliverables. We reserve the
right to display anonymized work in our portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed deadlines due to late feedback, or
issues arising from third-party platforms.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of your country or state. Disputes will be handled in the
appropriate legal jurisdiction.
By placing an order and submitting payment, the Client agrees to these terms.
